Our Story
Our business began in 2023, helping people look after their homes and gardens. As our client base grew, we became United Property Care, supporting private households, care providers, property professionals and commercial facilities.
Today, we’re building on that experience through estate clearances and property transitions, helping families and their representatives manage the practical work involved when a home needs to be cleared or prepared for its next use.
Our Approach
We understand that a property can hold a lifetime of belongings and memories. We take the time to understand your instructions and treat the property and its contents with care.
From the initial inspection through to completion, we agree on the scope, keep you informed and provide progress photographs where required. Our aim is to make the process easier to manage, especially for clients coordinating work from a distance.
